Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales Duties

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and client meetings
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  3. Present company offerings to potential clients and convert leads into customers
  4. Achieve sales targets and track performance using CRM tools
  5. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with business objectives

🔹 Marketing Duties

  1. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, offline)
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
  3. Collaborate with the design and content team to create promotional materials
  4. Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  5. Organize webinars, events, or promotional campaigns as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 1–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, digital marketing, or lead generation
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and social media marketing tools
  5. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
