Perform client application packaging activities to support our business partners. Consult and partner with the business product owners to understand the requirements for their application, analyze the packaging approach, package their applications into a Microsoft Installer (MSI) format and validate the installation. RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and participate in the development, testing, implementation, and support of highly complex solutions in adherence to company standards, including partnering with Testing and Application teams for unit testing and to support subsequent releases.
Serve as a skilled client application packager using tools like Flexera Admin Studio and Configuration Manager (SCCM) Participating in streamlining the overall packaging process for the IT-Development Engineering – Packaging team
Assisting with the deciphering of the application requirements for each package
Reaching out to vendors to discuss any challenges as it pertains to client application packaging
Discuss and overcome challenges by working with all teams within the application lifecycle
Based on complexity, determining future SLAs for packaging requests
Attending and/or hosting calls that involve the packaging or repackaging of applications
If essential, the ability to work on emergency packaging requests which may require efforts outside of normal business hours
